Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded and cannot be rescheduled because your space is being guaranteed at the tour.
Chic NYC Shopping Tours Inc. reserves the right to cancel any event at any time for any reason. In the rare situation where we are forced to cancel, ticket-holders will be allowed to reschedule to another time (subject to availability).
Children under 10 years of age may attend the tour for free and do not need a ticket in order to attend. However, we ask that only one child under 10 years of age per adult attend, please.
